Searchlight Advanced: Smart Searching Online Course

About this course

In this course, you will learn you will learn how to find information for your studies efficiently and quickly. This includes formulating main questions and sub-questions, the actual searching process, and evaluating academic, scientific, and other information. You will also learn what information you may and may not use, and on what conditions.

Zoeklicht Gevorderd bestaat uit 6 modules en een afsluitende toets. Iedere module bevat:

  • text, short videos, and quiz questions
  • a search logbook in which you keep a record of how you have conducted searches

Level and requirements

Searchlight Advanced is intended mainly for second-year students and higher. Students are advised to first take the Searchlight Basic course. This course follows on from that one.
